Hing & Hing is a lovely little store in Humayunpur that stocks dresses, bell-bottoms, denim jackets, boots and all kinds of wardrobe essentials that deserve a place in your closet.
It's just the place you should head to when you're looking to upgrade your wardrobe (especially for their autumn/spring collecion). A cross between H&M and Sarojini, this store stocks some of the coolest outfits that won't pinch your pocket.
We were particularly impressed by their bell-bottom collection (starting at INR 1,500) that comes in varying denim tones, with different pocket styles, slits, side ties and the most comfortable fits. They've also got solid-coloured tees (starting at INR 400), pretty summer dresses for INR 800, and denim jackets you'd easily find at the Forever 21 and H&Ms of the world (but cheaper; at INR 1,500). They also have an excellent collection of footwear options, including boots, block heels, and strappy sandals. While the ankle-length boots start at INR 2,500, you can get the thigh-high, full length boots for INR 3,000.
We know that the prices aren't exactly Sarojini-range, but it's still lower than most mall stores, minus the pushing and shoving, and long lines outside trial rooms.
