This Sister-Duo Does Killer Mousse Cakes, Gooey Brownies, Dessert Jars & More

Happiness With Icing is a sweet little home bakery run by two sisters, Anika Kakar and Akanksha Maingi.

They specialise in eggless baking and they customise their products according to their dietary requirements. The two sisters started baking for their family and friends, and, after experimenting and coming out with some incredible desserts, they decided to turn it into a business.

We tried their stuff, and we were quite honestly left speechless. The Belgian chocolate mousse dessert jar is fantastic. We also tried their gooey Oreo brownie, gluten-free oatmeal cookies and their dark chocolate cupcakes. They also do detailed, themed cakes (check out the picture of the Jack Daniels one they did) and they're delicious. They have options for diabetic customers and gluten-free ones too.

We wish we could see all their stuff on a website with prices and specifications. 

They need a minimum of two days for small orders, and for bulk orders, they require 7-10 days advance notice. They also conduct workshops for kids and adults if you want to try your hand at baking.
