Chef Rakesh who has specially flown from Hyatt Hyderabad along with Anil Khurana who is the corporate chef at Hyatt Delhi have recreated the royal food of Hyderabad for Delhi peeps. Bhindi ki shaami was a surprise dish for me which will be loved by all vegetarians in the capital. You can finish your meal with delicious khubani ka meetha and exceptionally well made double ka meetha.
