I Have A Massive, Colourful Crush On Sudeepti Tucker's Illustrations & Prints

What Makes It Awesome

Sudeepti Tucker's most definitely my favourite discovery of, what's turning out to be a pretty event-and-discovery-ful, 2018. I was introduced to her work by a friend of mine, who's working with Sudeepti on a project. What immediately caught my attention was the colours she uses- everything's bold, bright and beautiful, much like the characters she's illustrated so far. The two series she's currently selling {you can see them on her Instagram + Behance handles} are Prowl {a series focussed on women} and Troubles {a more personal/reflective series}.

I bought 6 prints from her Prowl series {four of which are pictured} and love her celebration of women- in all their moods and hues - through this series. The colours, a mix of reds and yellows and pinks and greens and blues, are stunning! The prints are available in a few sizes. I bought the largest ones available, which are close to an A4 size. They're also available as postcards, in case you're thinking of awesome gifting ideas.

Medium/Print: Semi archival inkjet print, including 1-inch border all four sides. Each illustration was painted originally in gouache on thick cartridge paper.

What's My Pro Tip?

Head over to her IG handle or Behance page to see her work, and get in touch with her on her number {given above}. She coordinates all purchases over email, so all you need to do is tell her what you want, ask her for the sizes it's available in, and wire the money to her bank account or drop it off at her house (in South Delhi). Prints are couriered or can be picked up.

She's also the politest person I have ever spoken with.

Anything Else?

She working/has worked with two of my friends on projects {one for a digital publication, and the other a packaging project}, and both have spoken highly of her. In case you're looking for an illustrator or graphic designer for projects, get in touch.
