For a travel enthusiast and a food lover, exploring good food in new place is the best feeling. Here are few outlets which one should definitely try if you are planning to visit Shimla:
1. Indian Coffee House:
Established in 1957, the place is still serving one of the best filter coffee. A coffeholic should definitely try this outlet located in Mall Road. Plus , you will get the vinatage vibe in this coffee house.
2. Wake and Bake Cafe
This is one of my favourites when it comes to snacks options. Absolutely love their coffee shake, pizzas and waffles. This one is located in Mall Road, so it is easy to locate.
3. Cafe City Point
This cafe is located at Sanjauli, Shimla (a place which is little bit tricky to locate for a stranger) but the food and ambience of the place makes it worth trying. Loved their Chinese food, burger and pastries. The cafe offers the beautiful view of shimla and you can relax here after your tiring day of exploring Shimla.
4. Sher E Punjab
Sher E Punjab is a non-vegeterian's paradise in Shimla. I loved their Tandoori chicken. The place is also easy to locate as it is in Mall Road. One of the best option to have lunch or dinner with your family or your big group.
5. Chole Kulcha Stall
Exploring a travel destination is incomplete without trying its best street food. If you are in Shimla, you should not miss this awesome Chole Kulcha which is served by one of the Stall in Mall Road. When you walk towards Lakar Bazar from Mall Road, you will find the stall on your left hand side. The dish is worth every penny spent on it.
