Go for an elaborate meal if you really want to enjoy the foodie experience of Indian Accent. We loved literally everything that was served – from the tofu slider to what the chef did brilliantly to the Dal Gosht {The lamb just slid off the bone, like butter melts on toast} The Khurchan Duck Cornetto {which takes pate to a whole new level}, the tempered potato with butter popcorn upma {doesn’t this sound like something you would like to end your day with?}, the blue cheese mini naan, and the Wild Mushroom Kulcha served with a drizzle of truffle oil {there’s a bacon version of this too} are all dishes you need to try out if you’re visiting Indian accent. In the meetha, the daulat ki chaat is our absolute favourite dessert in winter – it’s delicate and wispy, almost like a misty morning in the hills.
