Indoor Play Zone, an American-style play space and learning centre, has just opened in Delhi. They offer a variety of classes, activities and sports for children.

Play to learn

Set on a one-and-a-half acre farm in Vasant Kunj, Indoor Play Zone was created with the aim of stimulating creativity. The play zone has an entire mini-city created just for children to lose themselves in, complete with a grocery store, news channel, American diner, fire department and a vet hospital.

When children aren’t playing with games, puppets, toys or the exciting 30-foot painting wall {we’re excited!} they can take part in a variety of language classes {Italian, French, Spanish, German} that are taught by a native language speaker. Kids play, parents stay

Fostering a feeling of independence in children is high on the list for the play zone. As such, they are free to roam the open air spaces, enjoying the imagination city, and the outdoor trampoline! There is even a play cafe, for parents and children to relax. The team behind Indoor Play Zone encourage children with special needs to visit the play centre as well, having worked with—and had events for—children with autism in the past.Everything is parent-led, with no staff following the children around. So be ready to hang out there while your children explore.
