What Makes It Awesome?

In-Q in Friends colony is a contemporary Indian restaurant wherein Chef Aditya has curated his signature dishes and we got to taste it. The place has three different seating arrangements and each area had a different vibe.

For starters we had -
- Chocolate which is opals which had spiced mint water and it was a surprise for me. I loved this a lot and it was a palette cleanser too.
- Kuttu was in veg and a non-veg variant with avocado, wasabi and tamarind. The non-veg had prawns. It was a small bite with lots of flavours.
- Sambhar with mini steamed and masala idli, edible flowers and fruits. The broth was the best part.
- Butternut Squash - quinoa crush with leek and it was more of eggs nest. It had a sweet taste.
- Okra crispy, kofta and chicken - I loved the kofta and it had the upper edge over the other three.
- Coconut system candy - coconut candy was sprinkled with matcha dust. I didn't like it as it had a little bit bitter.

How Much Did It Cost?
