Ishara International Puppet Festival for Spellbinding Make-believe Shows

What is it?

This is the 14th anniversary of the annual puppet festival organised by the Ishara Trust, being held at two locations in the Delhi NCR region {and one in Chandigarh}. It is a celebration of the art of storytelling through the medium of puppetry. There are a variety of programmes and many kinds of puppets, like Marionettes, glove puppets, masks and rag dolls.

The shows promise fascinating tales, musical performances and dance.

Who is it for?

It is suitable for all ages. In fact, it is an opportunity for kids, families and anyone who has an interest in storytelling to experience a medium that they might not quite be exposed to.

Why should I go for it?
