Japanese Film Festival 2020

What's Happening?

If you’re a movie buff, and love international films, we come bearing good news (can we get a drumroll, please?). The fourth edition of the Japanese Film Festival (JFF) is back! Given the new normal we’re navigating, the film festival will go virtual this year. You can tune into an expansive list of 30 select Japanese films from genres of varied formats and subjects -- all online. These films are available for 24 hour streaming from 4 December!

The festival will start at the end of 2020, and we have to say, you’re in for a real treat! The film catalogue includes titles selected specifically to cater to varied ages and tastes across categories like animation, feature drama, romance, thriller, classic and documentary. Right from critically acclaimed award-winning titles to mainstream entertainment they’ve got it all, making it an enriching experience for Indian viewers. The Japanese Film Festival includes marquee titles; Dance With Me, Café Funiculi Funicula, Production I.G Animation: Tokyo Marble Chocolate, Takeshi Yashiro Stop Motion Animation: GON, THE LITTLE FOX and way more. So, this is something you don’t want to miss!
