What do they have?
What we love best about the store is, firstly, the products at Kamala are designed very differently {Batik wallets, painted miniatures and wall hangings}, though still retaining that rustic, folksy feel. Secondly, they have that finishing touch which is generally missing when you buy from Dilli Haat, emporiums et al. The prices are in the range of what Fabindia offers, but this place is most definitely for the discerning customer who is looking for something offbeat and out-of-the-way.
What else
You’ll find intricate paintings, a volley of Tussars, Maheshwaris, Ajrakhi prints, Kalamkari painted sarees and block printed dress material. Apart from that, we loved the Madhubani trays, cute diyas {terracotta women holding baskets and marble stone cut ones} and ceramic plates.
It’s difficult to describe the range of products they have, so we insist you go have a look-see.
