Katha Kahaniyan by Theatreleela Acting Studio is an anthology of five short plays happening at Lok Kala Manch. The plays are based on various stories like Anarkali by Saadat Hasan Manto, Bhole Ram Ka Jeev by Hari Shankar Parsai, Leela Nandlal Ki by Bhisham Sahni, Ali Baba Aur 40 Chor from Arabian Night's and Mamtaaz Bhai Patang Wale by Manav Kaul.
Themes of satire and nostalgia run across all the stories and the event promises to be a delight for all the theatre lovers.
Lok Kala Manch is a small auditorium, so be prepared for an intimate experience. There isn't much parking space around the venue, so we suggest that you take the metro. Jor Bagh and JLN Stadium are the closest metro stations.
