I must say that THE ROSEATE is one of the loveliest hotels in Delhi.
And Kiyan is fine dine restaurant and one of the most amazing properties in Delhi NCR.
So we were at The Roseate and had lunch with our friends at Kiyan!
The best thing about the food was that the raw materials were from their own organic farm! Isn't it amazing?๐
We were hosted by Chef Anand Pawar and he was very dedicated to his work.
He presented one of his signature dishes.
We all started with their signature drink which was Apple Mocktail with a little cinnamon and ginger ale. It's one of my favourite combination personally.
With this we had tomato soup which had a slice of orange and cherry tomato served with focaccia bread. It was rich in taste.
Then we had Paneer Tikka . What makes it different? The paneer was sliced and filled with mango marmalade !!! ๐
Then had Pathar k ghost, which was presented beautifully on the garden stone and edible flowers. It was mutton which was grilled and it was juicy.
Then we moved on to main course and we had dal makhni, it was the best I've evr had.
We had paneer curry bhurji. It had paneer curry and the paneer bhurji which tastes really nice.
At last it was dessert time!๐
So we had Anand Pawar the chef signature dish- toffee coffee pudding with salted caramel sauce, sesame orange crisp and homemade Tahitian Vanilla Icecream.
We had an amazing time, lots of fun and laugh.......
Must visit place!!!
