Laat Saab, a Moti Mahal food baby {literally}, is one of the few great dining places in Noida’s Gardens Galleria mall. If you’ve been fighting over where you should head for a family meal in this side of town, allow us to introduce you to this North Indian restaurant that’s got a lot of kebab-loving foodies’ back ever since it opened.

A No Naan Sense Meal
We don’t know any city dweller who doesn’t have fond memories of Pandara Road dinners and now when everybody’s caught up at work and traffic’s a bummer, you just don’t have it in you to reconnect with the fam anymore. Right? Well, Laat Saab is for everyone who enjoys the rich daal, paneer and chicken trinity without driving halfway across the world.
The fact that it’s from the guys behind Moti Mahal reassured us that there’ll be no compromise on the decidedly Indian flavour in terms of both food and ambience. And, sure enough, everything that made its way to our table lived up to the reputation from the chaach right down to the last bite of the kulfi.
Tugs At Your Khaat's Strings
We began our {big and hearty} lunch with Ananaas Panna, a refreshing take on the mango drink that’s been our forever love. The dahi ke kabab had a perfectly crunchy exterior and an incredibly mushy, yoghurt-y inside. A similar melt-in-the-mouth feeling was recreated in the Subz Galouti Kebab and the Punjabi staple, paneer tikka. The Bhatti Ka Murg had that delicious charred and spicy taste the meat eater was seeking after a long work day. So that was a successful first innings, we’d say.
Because we’re simple folks who like a no-fuss dal makhani and butter chicken meal, we didn’t even bother experimenting with the main course. Paired with chur chur naan, our stomach indeed had a whale of a time.
If you still have space for dessert, go for their kulfi or phirni.
