We all, at some point or the other, have taken to buying fake car parts to make matters a little easier on our pockets {c’mon, there are no secrets between us}. This is exactly what SIAM’s Fighting Fake campaign looks to address—to educate folks about the benefits of taking the genuine route, even though it may not seem to be the most cost-effective way at first.
What’s happening at the Auto Expo?
Oh, a bunch of things—all centred around a Real vs Fake theme. A graffiti making competition, a college contest involving the arts, sciences, and fashion, a super entertaining dance-drama performance, and the launch of the new mascot for Fighting Fake. Bet you want those passes now, huh?
What’s the real deal?
Here’s where it gets fun. We’ve taken some inspiration from the Fighting Fake campaign and have designed a cool way for you to win these passes: You’ll see 10 fun facts about automobiles listed below, out of which some are real and some are fake {we’re not telling you how many!}.
Identify the real facts from the fake ones, and we’ll hand over passes to people with the most correct answers. Are you up for the challenge?
