Wikipedia explains Lebanese cuisine as a Levantine style of cooking that includes an abundance of whole grains, fruits, vegetables, starches, fresh fish, and seafood; animal fats are consumed sparingly. Many dishes in the Lebanese cuisine can be traced back thousands of years to eras of the Roman and Phoenician rule.
And of course what Wikipedia says is true. So in search of such a bliss, I visited Big Chill, Saket recently. We tried Lebanese Mezze and Chocolate and what a combination. The taste was authentic and it was truly sumptuous.
What else
We all know how huge and pretty DLF is. One visiting Saket must visit here. And one going to DLF ought to be at Big Chill to have a cool chill pill!! The ambience is eyes catching. The service was up to the mark. Not to miss :)
