This isn’t an ordinary building blocks class; it kicks into high gear and teaches children the basics of robotics as well. Taught by the enigmatic Emi, kids learn about machinery, pulleys, axles and other engineering systems that can be observed all around us, introducing the kids to the concepts of basic physics in a real {and exciting} way!
Children can start as young as toddlers, and work their way up as they are introduced to Duplo, Technic, and eventually Lego WeDo robots. Our favorite aspect of this class is that it is STEM-centric and taught by a woman; a wonderful role model for little girl engineers in the making.
