Love Victoria's Secret Lingerie? You'll Love These 8 Sexy & Sassy Brands Too

Bustiers, slip dresses, baby dolls, bralettes, stockings, sexy knickers and corsets, Hunkemoller is almost a bigger favourite at Team LBB than Victoria’s Secret is. Not only because the brand is freely available online, and offline, but also because the products are really much more inclusive. With sizes going to up 40G for bras and from 2XS up to XXXL for knickers — be it thongs, boxers or Brazilian, we think it’s perfect for daily wear, party wear and when you want something bold and kinky. From being the go-to brand for almost boring daily wear bras and knickers, M&S has blossomed into quite the risque brand for lingerie. OK, maybe not at the VS level, but fairly close with the Boutique Collection. In fact, we prefer this one because it’s sexy and functional enough. Unlike some of those Victoria’s Secret options which are barely there! The Boutique Collection has plunge bras, balconette ones, cage and embroidered ones to balance classy and sexy, you have it all. Plus, panties in all shapes be it boxers, French knickers, Brazilian thongs or high leg knickers. There’s plenty of colour options too — from black, red, blue to the stereotypically feminine pink, peach, lavender and pale green.

Based out of Noida, Clovia is a homegrown lingerie brand which may not have the extra oomph of Victoria’s Secret, but sure has a lot to offer in terms of size, products and even price. Find bralettes, cage bras, bikini style bras and a host of reasonably priced camisoles, robes, and babydoll negligees to heat things up. Or pick from the plenty of lacy numbers to look and feel sexy, inside and outside of the bedroom. 

LBB Tip: Clovia has a range of cage bras which come in various styles. There are halter necks, single strap options and criss-cross ones so show it off with a backless top, dress or blouse. 

The high street brand has quite nicely sealed its spot at the top of most women’s minds when it comes to lingerie. From push up bras, bralettes, lacy thong and plunge bodysuits and lacy briefs, mesh thongs and bikini bottoms, we love that even the more sexy and sultry options are available in multi-packs! Thanks H&M, who says we can’t do sexy all day, everyday! What H&M is good for is sizes in almost all styles. They're not judging if you're a size 6 or size 22. If you want that Brazilian thong with lace, you get it. Push-up bra in a size 38F, no problem. 

The swimwear is also worth checking out for their newer styles, and better coverage. Tie-ups, padded crochet tops, one-shoulder suits, halter neck and tie-up…they have it all! After all, as sexy as Victoria’s Secret may be, you need something a tad sturdy if you’re a 34D and want to play volleyball at the beach, eh! 

LBB Tip: While there is a section on corsets online, your best bet is to get more at an offline store. And definitely look through the racks at the stores! There’s almost always a rack of discounted options, at up to 80% off! 

OK, I will admit that I firmly believe I am too into my 30s to be shopping at Urbanic, but for the sake of this post, I did all my research. It included getting lost in styles I never knew existed, and asking younger Millennials and GenZ folks their thoughts on the brand’s offerings. The unanimous answer? “YOU GET EVERYTHING FOR SO CHEAP!” Now, whether you think a lacy bodysuit for INR 240 is cheap or questionable depends on you (and your age!) but they’re right about getting everything. Risque, sexy, naughty, suggestive and straight up racy, Urbanic’s offerings are more than Victoria’s Secret. For a similar look that keeps it more Adriana Lima and not quite Urfi Javed, check out the lacy collections. You’ll find it easier to just search for exactly what you want. Lacy Lingerie Set or Sexy Corsets are apparently good starting points. The quality isn’t too bad either, especially considering the prices, I am told.

A Nykaa Fashion find, Parfait is a plus-size lingerie brand, and we totally love it! Adding the luxury layer to lingerie, Parfait has classy strapless bras with lace, frills and slick satin, underwear that has little additions like lace panels, tie-ups and straps to make it that much more stylish. They even have swimwear that isn’t boring. Think racer back monokinis, bikini sets with embroidery and plunge tops to mix and match with shorts, thongs or high-waisted bottoms. 

LBB Tip: Sizes for this brand go up to 44H and 4XL 

While these brands are not exactly like Victoria's Secret, we have faith that they can be soon!

Nykd By Nykaa has a growing list of options. Currently, they have a few options for strapless, wireless, textured lace bras and lace bikini bottoms too.

With this brand, there is no in between! It’s either everyday lingerie or bridal. So, if you want something similar to VS, then go straight to the Bridal Section for plunge bras, lace camisoles, and baby dolls in mostly red and peach.
