As a health-conscious foodie in Delhi, sometimes it feels like a challenge to find healthy food options that still taste good {ie, not like cardboard} enters The Piano Man Bakery. This fabulous bakery in South Delhi has just launched a subscription service offering a variety of gluten-free snacks including bread, crackers, cakes, and super cute ready-made pizza bases.

My favourite was their GF crackers, made with amaranth flour and packed with loads of healthy seeds. Extra bonus - they’re vegan too.

Monthly subscriptions range from INR 2,400 for 4 boxes to INR 3,240 for 6 boxes.
