What Is It?
A day workshop that’ll teach you to cook an authentic satwik Tamilian meal prepared from the rich heritage of Kanchipuram.
Who Is It For?
If you love a traditional South Indian meal, this is the place to learn and eat at. Moreover, if you’re diet and calorie conscious, this is the perfect meal that will keep your stomach light and your taste buds tingling.
What Is It About?
Kanchipuram, known mostly for its silk saris, is also famous for satwik meal preparations by the Tamil Brahmins residing there. They believe in the sanctity of food and hence even take a bath before preparing every meal.
To teach us some pure eating ethics and with the right kind of food, there'll be Usha Chengappa; a yogi by heart and an artist by profession, who will share her secrets of traditional Kanchipuram cuisine with us. You don’t want to miss this one.
Anything Else?
The workshop will take an entire day, as they're going to teach you how to prepare the whole meal {including dessert}. Yup, you can proceed to devour your own meal and feel like your accompolished something in the day.
Satwik food helps with meditation and is light on the stomach, too.
