The chefs at Tamra in Shangri-La's Eros Hotel have collaborated with the Macao Government Tourism Office for an exclusive Macanese food pop-up. As part of this festival, from August 30th to September 6, you can enjoy the best of Macao's blend of Southern Chinese and Portuguese dishes, and of course, Macanese classics (and contemporary options as well)..
Expect all of Macao’s signature dishes like Macanese Egg Tart, Pork Chop Bun, Minchi, Koay Teow, Shrimp Flat Noodles, and Curry Noodle Soup, among many others, to be on the festival menu. Also, you cannot leave without trying their Coconut Milk Pudding and Orange Cake for dessert!
