As reported by The Hindu, The Mahindra Blues Festival is back for its sixth edition and we're super excited.
Held in Bandra, Mumbai, the festival has become a much awaited, well-followed, cultural event in the yearly calendar. The line-up for this year’s edition is out and there are some big names.
The opening night will feature roots band Heritage Blues Orchestra and Indian act, Soulmate. The night will conclude with a performance by Keb ‘Mo’, the Grammy-award winning post-modern blues performer.
The second day will see Glaswegian blues-rock group King King and singer Malina Moye perform. The winners of the Mahindra Blues Hunt – Lal and The People – will perform small sets on both days.
There will also be a set by British singer Joss Stone. We're so stoked. Will you be going?
