What's Happening

V Resorts, a popular travel company, is organising a two day and one night photo tour of Mandawa (Rajasthan). As part of this tour, one can explore the havelis and streets of Mandawa, click wallpaper-worthy photos and learn everything about photography under the guidance of two noted photographers—Prateek Dubey and Anant Srivastava. 

This tour covers a range of subjects, like the art of story-telling, travel photography, how to capture the character of a town and its locals, composition, vision and shooting techniques, among many other things. The mentors will also conduct informal critique sessions and work with every participant on field.

So rest assured—this photo tour will be your crash course on all things photography.

How's The Venue

Mandawa is a small town located about 190 km away from Jaipur. It is a town known for its rich heritage, charming havelis and can help one get a sense of the bygone era too. It's especially a great place for photographers as it has got everything from architecture and surreal landscapes to colourful markets and lots of interesting locals. 

Plus, you'll be staying at the V Resorts Paawana Haveli in Mandawa. It's exactly the kind of clean and comfy abode you'd want to go back to after exploring the city and a day full of photography.

Price Includes

The price of INR 6,490 includes the cost of transport from Gurgaon to Mandawa and back, stay, all meals and the cost of the photo tour.

Make A Note

The organisers will only be taking 15 participants for this trip, all of whom, should have an interest in travel and photography. A DSLR camera is not mandatory, but you should at least have a decent smartphone camera.

Also, participants will be urged to create a photo essay of the trip and the best entry will be published on V Resort's website.
