Well gone are those days when cafes were only themed on era and cuisines. Delhi's nightlife and hospitality industry are now gushing with cafes on every theme you can dream of.
One such cafe is the Darzi Bar, literally a cafe in Delhi's Connaught Place based on tailors. Yes, Darzi. The theme is very well embedded in every nook and corner of the cafe. This two floored cafe, with a nice terrace too, is a good option when in the heart of Delhi.
I recently visited the cafe and began my feast with soya chaap {for all those who love soya}. I loved the presentation and taste of the dish and can definitely revisit the place for that. We also tried the Aranchi which was a fried affair, with lots of cheese, potato and tomato filling, topped and served with salsa. Their 'Jack chicken burger' was loaded. It was a double chicken packed in a charcoal bun, with curly fries, egg and salad. Another thing to try at the cafe is Kuliya chat which was different.
For dessert, we ordered their Shahi Tukda which was amazing and definitely unmissable.
