There’s no place like Delhi when it comes to food. The food culture in the city is a melting pot of recipes and cuisines from all over the world, right from the most exclusive fine-dining establishments to street food joints of the old city. And this week, JW Marriott is bringing you flavours from the best of Asia’s finest restaurants at Masters of Marriott Bonvoy! For the uninitiated, Masters of Marriott Bonvoy is a culinary event by JW Marriott New Delhi that celebrates the best fine-dining restaurants from around the continent!
This year’s edition of Masters of Marriott Bonvoy is going to feature three of Asia’s top 50 restaurants: Le Du Bangkok, Potong Bangkok and Masque Mumbai. Each of these restaurants will be bringing the best of their unique flavors together to curate a special menu that showcases the best of food from Asia! From what we know, the menu is going to feature all sorts of exotic dishes, such as Hamachi with Shaoxing Wine, Banana Prawn with Beetroot Sorbet, Duck Pepper fry Sausage with Kerala Parotta, Pork Belly Sate, and Mango Sticky Rice.
But that’s not it! While Masters of Marriott Bonvoy is all about showcasing the food and traditions of the best restaurants from Asia, it is just as much about celebrating the Masters themselves. Therefore, along with all the exotic food, the guests will also get to interact with the amazing chefs who bring all this food together, getting to know more about what goes on behind the scenes of the best of Asia’s culinary scene. The chefs attending this year’s Masters of Bonvoy include Thitid ‘Ton’ Tassanakajohn, Head Chef & Co-Founder at Le Du Bangkok, Varun Totlani, Head Chef at Masque Mumbai and “PAM” Pichaya Soontornyanakij, Chef, Potong Bangkok.
