Meet This Amusement Park On A Farm That Has Zorbing, Paintball & More
Shortcut
Take A Chill(Out) Pill
Chillout Zone was originally a piece of abandoned, decrepit farm land that was fertile ground in the British Era, but eventually lost its sheen. It was only recently that it was reclaimed in an auction and turned into a picnic spot. The transformation was made possible by the owner who planted 500 types of trees to transform this into a rustic retreat far, far away from the city's pollution and chaos. The idea? To let people enjoy the perks of an amusement park minus the concrete.
Let history be history. For now, it’s one of Rohtak’s popular hangout places. And why not? It’s got everything between fun farm activities (stapoo and pithoo and food straight from a matka, remember?) and extreme adventure (quad bikes, wall-climbing and those kind of things). Of course, they also have the usual water zorbing, bull rides and rocket-ejectors (mild adventure lovers, you've got a lot lined up).
A family with growing-up, super active kids or an office gang that’s finding a newer place to hang (because food court and water cooler conversations are so boring)? A couple bored of Lodhi Gardens and willing to make a trek for cool shoots? Check out this getaway that's about a 2-3 hour drive from Delhi.
So, We're Saying...
