I’m either always looking at food pictures on Instagram or skincare products so I was a little confused when I saw these soaps on my feed. After I figured out they were soaps shaped like all of my favourite desserts (which is basically any dessert ever), I had to dive in deep, online that is. While the handmade soaps are definitely fun to look at, they’re also really natural and effective; ingredients like avocado, coffee, cocoa butter, goat’s milk and a bunch of other good stuff made it even better.
They have a lot of different soaps for different skin concerns; there’s a Mango Ice-Cream Soap for dry skin, Tea Rose Waffle Soap with goat’s milk for glowing skin, an Aqua Cake Slice with shea butter and gentle cologne scent, plus more like avocado, charcoal and coffee. Don’t just go by the shape, though, you’re likely to find the same ingredients in 2-3 different shapes so in case you were hoping for an avocado donut, they’ve got you covered. The soaps come in an eco-friendly bag rather than plastic packaging which I like and, according to their Instagram, can be reused as compost.
