Michelin Star Chef Alfred Prasad's Pop-Up, Omya, The Oberoi New Delhi

What's Happening

Chef Alfred Prasad, the mentor chef at Omya, The Oberoi, New Delhi's Indian specialty restaurant, is coming to Delhi this September for a pop-up that will be nothing short of extraordinary. 

As part of this pop-up from September 2nd to 7th, a delightful menu curated by this London-based chef will be served. Some of the highlights of this menu are dishes like The Omya Chaat, Omya Chicken Curry, Omya Dal, Paneer ke Sule, Omya Ghevar, and Delhi Sorbet. 

Also, know that chef has held the Michelin Star for 13 consecutive years and is most famous for presenting traditional Indian flavours with a modern twist. Clearly, you really don't need to worry about anything now, except well, to ensure that you wear your most stretchy pants and get ready to eat to your heart's content. 

How's The Venue

The venue for the pop-up is Omya, the Indian restaurant at The Oberoi, New Delhi. It offers the best of Indian flavours (everything from the classics to dishes with a contemporary twist) and is fine dining at its best.

In case you've been wanting to go out with bae for a special date night, make your plans already for Chef Prasad's pop-up. 

Also, just a heads up, food will be served here in two slots: From 12:30 pm – 3:00 pm and 7:00 pm to 11:30 pm.

As for the prices, the Vedika Vegetarian Tasting Menu starts at INR 3900 plus taxes/person (excluding alcohol), the Yatra Non-Vegetarian Tasting Menu at INR 4500 plus taxes/person (excluding alcohol), and the A la carte cost for two is INR 7000 plus taxes (approximately).
