Mithai is an intrinsic part of our culture, be it wedding or festivals. There's a wedding in my family and I was looking for some mithai options that are unique and not the same old halwai types. Then I came to know about the luxe range of 'Mithai by Roseate'. They are really different from the old Halwai style, they are made uniquely.
The flavours are set to tantalize the taste buds, creating everlasting memories. This range has just been launched by the Roseate Hotels & Resorts and festive season is set to become more delicious with this.
They have our regular all-time favourite flavours but albeit with a twist. Bal Mithai, Dhoda, Milk Cakes, Marble Barfi, roasted Channa Ladoo, caramelized sugar Besan Ladoo and coconut ladoo to name a few which I selected for the wedding at my place. While those who would like to experience innovative delicacies can try flaxseed Ladoo, hazelnut pedas, crunchy pista lounge and date & nut burfi.
Surprisingly I came to know that there are no Hotels in India that have their own inhouse range of Mithai that they retail. So Roseate Hotels & Resorts is doing something unique.
All the ingredients used in the Mithai are organic and farm-fresh and are handcrafted by chefs in Roasted
