No, this is not a joke. This is a lovely way that the founder of Molecule is not only getting his own cool space back in action, but is also paying it forward. Manish Sharma says this is his way of showing the patrons that they are still valued. So, if you’re up for it, then you can show the brand your own loyalty, go there, and eat and drink, but pay only 50 per cent of the bill.
Of course the space is functioning according to strict Covid protocol so expect deep cleansing of it at least a few times a day, social distancing and naturally hand sanitisation. Now that that is out of the way, let’s get talking!
The place still has it amazing modern and futuristic decor, and their even more exotic food and edgy drinks. And they still have that on point. In fact even more so, as they’ve expanded their menu with plenty of new stuff for you to look forward to.
Drinks, as we know, are in the spotlight at Molecule. So be it a simple Sangira, Gin & Tonic or Mocktail, they have plenty on offer. The funky and intriguing combination are what you go to Molecule for. So stick to what is out of the ordinary. Like the Konkantini - gin with touch of South Indian flavour in the form of Kokum juice, and Keora syrup. Love whiskey? Try the Smokey Whiskey Spice. This concoction has a twist of cinnamon, fresh apple juice and dried cherry. There’s also plenty of brews, champagne and of course, good old wine. What are fine spirits without food to go with it, eh!
You can’t say no to Edible Lava Coal Dahi ke Kebabs or to Asian Gunpowder Chicken. For the desi touch, try the Tawa Masala Chicken sausages or house special Chilli garlic prawns. If you are not feeling to experimental, then there are authentic dim sums too. But why have simple when you can have the cool red curry chicken dumplings, Laal Maas Taco, or the Paneer Kandhari Roulade.
End with Kulfi Panna Cotta Falooda and Tilli Kulfi, if you trust us! And then for all of this, you have to only pay 50 per cent of your total bill. How is that for a perfect time out of the house!
