Built in the 15th century, this fort-turned-resort, Neemrana, has 74 gorgeous rooms, two stunning pools, an ayurvedic spa, beautifully manicured gardens and four dining options. Each of the hotel’s wings (there are nine in all) has a different view, so you can take your pick. To reach this stunning property, you’ll either have to head up some steep steps or, by informing them beforehand, take a lift from the parking area.
