I was privy to one such amazing dish at Smokehouse Deli. I went for a meeting and was treated to, Brie Bake Portobello with Truffle Scented Fricassee.
When I asked for the proper name of the dish, the chef was courteous enough to not just give the name but also shared the recipe of the dish. The recipe I am not gonna give out here but I would definitely say that its a must-try dish. the flavors and tastes are perfect. The mushroom and parmesan cheese with which the chef finished the dish just melted in the mouth. It was yummy and the portion served was good enough for two people.
