Delhi might have just gotten a microbrewery license, but it’s kind of cruel to forget that Gurgaon was the first to switch up the drinking game. Call it craziness or a publicity stunt but Sector 50 Gurgaon’s newest kid on the block, Green House, opened its doors on Dec 24 and now, all the way up till Dec 30, they are giving away mugs of craft beer for 1 rupee!
We asked them the terms and conditions we needed to know before landing up in a big group, and were super-happy to learn that there’s hardly a clause you’ll hate. So, the offer is valid through the day {noon to midnight} and you can have literally as many 1 rupee mugs of craft beer as your sobriety {and best friend} allows. We’re told that the only hurdle you can perhaps face is when you’re group is too big and only has stags {so a group of perhaps 8 with only men might have a li’l trouble; keep things mixed}
Having given you the news, we’re going to attempt a rather long and treacherous drive to G-Town, because nothing can hold us back from ridiculously affordable alcohol.
