HARRY'S

Singapore’s iconic bar Harry’s has come to town, and we couldn’t be happier! Done up in muted colours of mahogany and maroon, Harry’s makes for the perfect bar to lose yourself in after a long day at work. The food is nothing to write home about, but the cocktails had us smiling from ear to ear. From the simple {the well balanced Dirty Harry’s}, to the sweet {the popcorn caramel Martini}, there's cocktails for all palates. Well priced, the cocktails hit the right spots, a far cry from some of the overly sweet and throat burning concoctions we've ended up guzzling at some places, just to get buzzed. With free peanuts on the side, comfortable seating and music dating back more than a decade {Hoobastank, anyone?}, the place might be a tad loud for some of our liking, but invokes a soothing sense of nostalgia, and house parties. We’re already planning our next visit.

GUPPY BY AI

Guppy by Ai, the quaint Japanese restaurant in Lodhi colony, has opened the doors to their bar! Situated across the hall from the restaurant, the small but cozy setup exudes the warmth of a sushi bar. But that’s not all the bar is. While they serve warm Sake to go with their delectable food, their innovative cocktails like Gari {mixing fresh Japanese ginger with alcohol} and Cinova {using cilantro, pineapple and ginger with vodka} are also fast gaining popularity. With painted exposed brick walls and vibrant anime inspired upholstery, the dimly light area is a great space to throw get-togethers, complete with a bonfire in the open area outside which can be arranged on special request.

Where | Guppy by Ai, 28, Main Market, Lodhi Colony

Price {exclusive of taxes} | INR 650 for a glass of Saké; INR 600 onwards for cocktails

Note: There's a 20% discount offer at the bar till February 28th
