Spezia Bistro in GTB Nagar is hands down my favourite hangout spot. To add to their awesomeness, the cafe has introduced a whole new range of sushi with twists on top of its Italian, continental, and American cuisines. They have added eight sushi dishes {five vegetarian and three non-vegetarian} and each one is worth trying. You know how they say that you need to acquire a taste for liking sushi, well guess what, you'll surely like their sushi on your first try. They have even fused our favourite fries and nachos with sushi! Also, their sushi menu is exquisite and creative, one that is sure to excite you.

I'd say that the presentation can be improved and made neater. I really liked the fact that each serving of sushi was presented in the traditional Japanese manner with wasabi, soy sauce and chopsticks and all in all, it's worth the price you pay.

Try to eat each serving of the sushi in one go for a flavoursome experience.
