Scoot, a community that hosts house parties to help people make friends {and network, in general}, is back with a crazy NYE plan at a farmhouse in Chattarpur. The evening will start around 8pm on Dec 31 and will have everyone drinking, dancing, chilling, eating and huddling around the bonfire on the rooftop.

The idea of dancing to bad music or paying 4x the price for badly-made cocktails isn’t our idea of a fun New Year’s Eve. This is exactly why we prefer the idea of a house scene on the 31st. And, this one is perfect because it comes with the promise of meeting new, fun peeps without spending time elbowing fellow drinkers at the bar. Now, don’t tell us that the idea of turning up with your own bottle of Old Monk without any judgement isn’t motivation enough.
Need more incentive to call the gang and plan? This meet-up has eats, games, dance music and Chinese lanterns at midnight as well.
Why Should I Go For It?
The farmhouse will stock up on food and alcohol {of course, you’re free to carry as well}. They’ve got a terrace if you love the outdoors, but for those who’d rather keep things quiet-ish and cosy, they can hangout inside.
You’ll get to linger around for as long as you want for INR 3k and before you go all “can’t afford”, know that this includes the food and drinks. If you ask us, it’s a deal we wouldn’t pass up.
