If you love western-wear that is chic and also unique at the same time then, we might just have a surprise for you. Working with sustainable fabrics, Ode To Odd is a story of craftsmanship where each piece is handcrafted whilst giving attention to minute detailing (say, weaving, fabric-cutting, and final hand finishes). With an agenda where the founders wanted the global audience to appreciate the craft of India, each garment is way too pretty.
Ode To Odd works with fabrics such as cotton poplin, cotton gabardine, organza that is sourced from organic, certified mills of India. The brand also works with artisans from various parts of the country that help in developing fabric for a particular garment. They work with weavers from West Bengal, Varanasi, Assam, and Himachal Pradesh where they develop Eri Twill Silk, Eri Cotton, Mulberry Silk, and more.
In order to make sure that there is minimal wastage of fabric, they use left-over fabrics to create their brand's hand-embroidered label for each garment. From Ode to Odd, you can shop for blazers, trousers, tops, dresses, and coats. Considering they only use organic fabrics, we feel the price points are also quite decent with garments starting from INR 4,000.
