I would love to recommend Kokum brinjal, Mushroom masala, gunpowder idli. Kokum brinjal had tangy sour curry and it is one of the best preparations I had of brinjal. The mushroom masala was another stellar preparation which was aromatic, authentic and full of spices! Mini gunpowder idli would definitely make your tastebuds fly. I also loved their fluffy appams and flaky malabar parotta.
