Started during the lockdown by engineer-turned-chef Karan Sehgal and his father Devinder Sehgal, Linguini brings to the foodies of Delhi a mix of authentic Italian dishes along with some quality desserts and appetizing snacks, for both vegetarians and non-vegetarians. Their pizzas come in 10 and 14 inches and are baked fresh in a specialty Italian pizza oven. You can try their Truffle Duo pizza that has Oyster Mushrooms, Button Mushrooms, Truffle Oil, Rocket Leaves, Parmesan, Mozzarella and Cheddar (oooh!) or their BBQ Chicken Pizza or pork lovers, they also have a Piggy Bank pizza which has Bacon, Pork Sausage, Jalapenos, Fried Onions and Mozzarella. The pasta dishes have a range of classics like Linguini & Meatballs, Bolognese, Carbonara, Pesto and even something modern like Truffle Mac & Cheese, Puttanesca, etc. They have burgers, sandwiches, sides and wings too, that are simple yet innovative. Say Pulled Jackfruit Sandwich, Smoky Fried Chicken Burger, Mango Chipotle Wings. And to finish it off in style there are classics like Tiramisu, Panna Cotta and New York Cheesecake. We are digging their Lotus Biscoff Cheesecake Jar and the super fudgy Dense Chocolate Brownie. The menu also features some shakes and coolers to help you chug it all down.
Not just food, Chef Karan focuses on the packaging too, it's safe, spill proof and most importantly eco friendly. You'll also get a cutesy sanitizer bottle when you place an order with Linguini. Two people can easily feast on a filling meal at Linguini for INR 1200 to INR 1500.
