Kebab fans, rejoice! Alkauser, one of our favourite Mughlai food joints in the city, is open for home deliveries in Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida, Greater Noida, and Ghaziabad during this lockdown. They're following all of WHO's guidelines in terms of sanitization and contactless delivery and maintaining hygiene standards.
The extensive range of Mughlai food that they offer is something that will make you keep coming back. The meat is prepared to a ‘melt in the mouth’ consistency and is spiced beautifully with their special spice mix. Kebabs, biryanis, and all things Mughlai; this place is the go-to joint for it all.
What are our favourites? The trademark kakori kebabs, mutton barra, chicken galauti kebab, chicken reshmi kabab, and the tandoori chicken are something we can never get tired of. For mains, we like having their Luckhnowi dum handi biryani and mutton nihari with the warqi parantha. That warqi parantha is truly magical and you just shouldn't miss that while ordering.
End your meal with the phirni, which is the only sweet dish they offer, and its thick creamy texture wins big time.
