What Makes It Awesome

Love the sound of artisanal coffees and delicious food? You can't miss out on Pablo! Nestled in a lowkey (but super cool) destination in Gurgaon's sector-63, Pablo is a casual dining eatery. Adding to the existing pool of awesome eateries in G-town, Pablo is where you should head for artisanal coffee and delicious Tex Mex dishes!

Priyanshi Dhir, the brain behind Pablo-The Food Cartel, shared her inspiration behind the awesome logo of their eatery. It's her father! With that Pablo Escobar aesthetic, the logo sports the very macho Uncle Dhir.

This Gurgaon café offers cuisines like Tex Mex, Italian and Asian. But what you can definitely not miss out on are their coffees. You can enjoy and sip on different coffee flavours from all around the globe. They have a coffee bar that lets you customise your own coffee, with options like the origin of the bean, the method of brewing, as well as the flavours.

I tried the Vietnamese iced coffee- it had the perfect balance of flavours. Folks tend to make iced coffees on the sweeter note, but if you don't like that, you'll love Pablo's well-balanced Vietnamese. I also tasted their Americano in the flavour 'Chocolate Orange'. I would recommend you try that out, even if you're not a coffee lover, 'cos that's a flavour you can't miss out on. As the name suggests, it's an Americano with hints of citrus and chocolate flavours.

From their food menu, we tried their Valeria Salad, Pablo-R, and their Alonso. The Valeria Salad makes for a perfect afternoon/ evening meal for one as it's packed with Soba noodles, lettuce, broccoli, mushroom and miso dressing. It's light, healthy and delicious.

If you're looking for something that's like a proper meal, sufficient for two, delicious and unique, you should try their Pablo-R. Bacon-wrapped chicken with aglio e olio, this dish is heavy, and it brings you nothing but joy! You have to check it out! But if you're someone who likes to stick to the simple dishes, you can try their Alonso which is their red Thai curry with basil rice.

They also have a tiny bakery, so you can cop some bakery items like bread, cakes and homemade chocolates as well.

The dishes are priced reasonably, it will cost you around INR 1,200 for two people. And if you don't wish to step out (trust me, you'll be missing out on their beautiful interior and decor), they are also delivering!

What Could Be Better

They are planning to bring back some of their iconic dishes, and we can't wait.
