Parat meaning layers, as the name suggests. Parat is your ticket to a revolutionary Indian food experience without boundaries.

Parat recently opened its doors as a cloud kitchen in Gurugram delivering in Delhi NCR. They offer food that satiates your cravings. Parat serves some delectable kebabs, rich curries, and regional specialties that will leave your mouth watering. Owned and operated by renowned Chef Harangad Singh, a veteran of some well-known Delhi establishments, Parat endeavours to serve up India on a plate.

The chef-owner Harangad Singh has traveled extensively across the country to acquaint himself with the nuances of regional cuisines and their diverse flavours in order to recreate them with a fresh approach.

What makes Parat stand out from the other run-of-the-mill joints is the vision of the chef to make such a carefully curated menu and the fact that he has ensured that they use high-quality ingredients and be consistent in delivering top-quality food.

The food at Parat is presented with simple elegance. However, the depth that is soon experienced on the palate is an outcome of exploring the roots of these dishes, and their voyage through time and geographies.

The kebab sections offer specialties without just the typical galouti and seekhs that one would associate with the cuisine. The Kalmi Kebab is a speciality as is the Parat’s Special Barra Kebab. Sharing meals is an honored tradition in the Indian world and a great way to do is by ordering the very special Sikandri Raan. Vegetarian lovers can enjoy the Mushroom galauti and Dahi ke sholey and relish to their heart's content.

Parat’s Bhopali Murg Rizal; and the Patiala Shahi Murgh Kali Mirch for example will recall the most special curries from Royal kitchens. Rediscover Indian street food culture with the likes of rich, fragrant Keema Kaleji and then with Taksaali Machi all of which share space with heart-warming old favorites, including Lucknowi Anda Curry.

My favorite dish in the main course was the Nalli nihari, which is lamb shanks and it was cooked well with perfect taste and flavors that were just perfect.

The mutton really melted in the mouth and so delicious which left us craving for more.

In rice dishes, the Pilafs are jam-packed with flavor and include options like Tawa Mushroom Pilaf and Nalli Pulao. At Parat it’s all about the little details, every aspect is taken care of to provide a wholesome meal experience, once you try the Maqbool Roti, you will understand that more.  And there is the Kaali Jalebi to wrap up your meal on a sweet note.

Diners who enjoy the shades of regional cuisine will enjoy the fresh approach to Parat’s menu: it is Indian without being clichéd and rich without being heavy.

Delivering happiness at your doorsteps across Delhi NCR.
