Who Is It For?
It’s for that agile cat in you, testing your strength, endurance and running skills of course! If you’re already enrolled with Delhi Rock for their parkour classes you know what this is about. For others, parkour is an art of navigating through obstacles effortlessly {mostly practiced in an urban environment} helping you to get from one point to the other efficiently. It’s just been brought to Delhi and everyone should give this a try, just for the heck of learning something brand new.
Why Should I Go For It?
Parkour is basically broken down in to flexibility, jumps, strength building and conditioning and navigation and obstacle assessment. If you have all these four working for you the right way, you’re already an expert. If not, this is a great way to build body strength and agility along with some fast reflexes too, especially if you’re running away from trouble and you need to make a quick decision!
Besides that, we hear it’s a boatload of fun!
