While we’re spoiled for choice with all the new cafes and restaurants opening at every nook and corner of the city, we also equally love some of the oldies that have managed to retain us as loyal customers with their consistently yummy food. Little Chef is one such place, which has been around since 1997 and has become a staple for those living in West Delhi.

What started as pretty much a hole in the wall in Paschim Vihar, wooing students and the working class alike with its range of kathi rolls, soon evolved {after temporarily shutting shop in between} into a proper restaurant, with lots more space to accommodate all the regular customers it had acquired over the years.

The menu comprises Mughlai and Chinese fare, along with a popular section of kathi rolls. This includes some not-so-conventional flavours like Peri Peri Chicken, Junglee Chicken, Burra Chaap, Mexican Salsa Chicken, amongst a range of around 40 flavours. You can also opt for a desi burger with the same fillings. Add cheese, mayonnaise or egg at an additional INR 10-30.

For something more substantial, you can opt for a full Mughlai meal, complete with butter chicken et al, or typical Chinjabi fare including manchurian, noodles, chili chicken etc.

We hear the residents of the area count on Little Chef for their snacking needs. We suggest snacking on the rolls next time you’re in the vicinity. You can also order online here.
