SEO head, Srushti from our crew had this to say, "For someone who has terrible period pain, enough to make you cry, this actually helps! It takes not even five minutes for the pain to go from a 10 to a 2. I reapply it every six hours if needed." Packed with natural anti-pain and anti- inflammatory properties, we bet this works well.

Lifestyle writer Muskan from the crew had this to say, "Nua's self-heating patches are a blessing. I've also tried their ultra-thin pads, which are softer than cotton and come in three different sizes for different flows. But the heat patches are a God send because they're comfortable to wear, have long lasting effects, and are quite portable."

Lifestyle writer Dinal had this to say, "Periods not only cause excruciating cramps but also cause pain in my thighs. As someone who is not comfortable with super-hot water bags, I use these easy-to-apply patches. They are super convenient, plus you can use them to get relief from any period pain, be it your back, thighs, and of course, your lower abdomen."

Marketing associate, Neha from our crew had this to say, "I use this belt for my cramps. The product comes with a temperature setting that you can turn up or down according to your pain which is great! I used to pop medicines before this belt, but now it's just this."

I used this for a brief amount of time for a day (since the Gods blessed me with a cramp free menstrual cycle for once) safe to say, this device is quite the wonder. Based on scientifically-proven and safe TENS technology, this old time iPod looking device blocks pain signals by stimulating nerves without any side-effects, releasing endorphins that are pain killing hormones. It works swiftly and is super easy to wear. All you have to do is clip it onto your waistband and stick the electrode patches where you're getting cramps. Even though it is technologically and scientifically backed and made, I'd still suggest thoroughly going through their user manual before using. Other than that, as a one time investment (other than replenishing the patches) this gets a thumbs up.

Nothing beats resorting to old nuskhe. My mother introduced me to hot water bags, and safe to say I've not swayed very far. However, instead of the regular one where you're supposed to add water, I prefer this re-heatable one by HUSB. It's readily available on Amazon, and at pharmacies too. Remains hot for close to two hours and gets heated within minutes! It's affordable and easy to use, however the only drawback is that it cannot be carried with you everywhere.
