Farmer’s Kitchen is a new addition to the DLF City Court that’s hard to miss thanks to its teal decor. As is obvious from its name, it follows the farm-to-table approach with food. Their menu is a refreshing mix of  Lebanese, Persian and Mughlai fare.

Harissa & Eat It All

Ideal for both lunch and dinner, the space is full of natural light and the outdoor space is just where we want to hang with a big bowl of hummus {yes, we love it that much!}. The menu takes into consideration that one friend who’s always ready to experiment along with the one who can’t think beyond Chicken Malai Tikka. So, we’re glad we can chill with both types without an uncomfortable silence at the dinner table.

We haven’t had a chance to make a trip, but the next time we’re on the metro, we’ll stop at the metro station just so we can put their ‘authentic’ food claim to test. For now, we have to say that their Falafel, Jujeh Kebob and Mezze Platter have the popular vote. We’re probably going to order ourselves the Lamb Chelo Kebob, that comes with a portion of fragrant saffron rice and tender grilled lamb along with Za’atar Paneer {judge us all you want} and Pita Bread with every possible dip between Tzatziki, Hummus, Lebneh and our eternal love, Peri Peri Hummus.

And, if all else fails, there’s lassi and Murg Lababdar to the rescue {nah, don’t feel compelled to step out of your comfort zone if you don’t want to}.

So, We're Saying...

The menu makes it pretty clear that this meal won’t leave you broke. That counts as additional incentive, right?
