With a new cocktail called the ‘Bang on Philtre’ on offer, Philtre is mixing it up this Holi. This lethal drink will be a mix of Gin, Thandai, black pepper milk and—wait for it—cheese! They’ve also got the classic gujiya and a whole menu full of Holi food and drinks.
