Chintan, in partnership with the Indian Railways, celebrates Earth Day on Apr 22 at the New Delhi Railway Station. Members of Safai Sena—a registered group in operation since 2009 made up of waste pickers, doorstep waste collectors, small waste traders, and other types of recyclers—and Chintan team members and volunteers will be approaching people at the station to sign pledges to keep the environment free of pollution.

Support the cause of keeping the railways clean by using dustbins placed at the railway stations and not litter, and help spread awareness amongst your friends and family, too.
