An upgrade in terms of ambience, with the same popular flavours, Pirate of the Grills’ Noida outlet offers more than just the regular barbeque experience. This ain’t no Black Pearl, but it surely is more pirate-y in its design; chic styling and comfortable seats are a big part of the huge restaurant space. Pirate maps and interesting signs are just add-ons that give the area a more authentic vibe. Metal and wood have been judiciously used, and the plants add a bit of greenery to the area too.
The music is kept at a considerably low volume, so that it does not interfere while you’re having a conversation, and the lighting plays a major role in balancing the overall feel. Not extremely impressive, the place does hold its own when compared to its other outlets.
For vegetarians, the Brazilian churrasco grill and the Salsa Potato are our favourites and would probably become yours too. Starters such as Ajab Gajab Seekh, Kasturi Murgh Tikka, and Roasted Garlic Chicken Sui-Mai win big in the non-vegetarian menu. Plan your pick well though, because the starters can be very filling, and you might not make it to the main course.
Dishes on the main menu aren’t as unique, but are very well-cooked and deliver on taste. You can indulge in some awesome offerings from the sweet section. They've also got a chicken and pineapple salad that we have mixed feelings about.
