The information in this post might be outdated

Planning parties can be a pain but are you really going to stop a wee bit of organising from coming in the way of the festivities? We’ve found five caterers who are happy to do an array of cuisines and they’re pretty affordable too. Win-win!

Rolling Tummy

The USP of Rolling Tummy is home-style food, served with love. They cater for all sorts of events, from weddings to house parties. While they don’t insist on a minimum order and provide cutlery and butlers {at an additional cost}, but they only prepare pure vegetarian food in their base kitchen. So, if you’d like some meaty dishes on your Diwali party menu, you’re going to have to open your kitchen up to the chefs of Rolling Tummy.

While they have offerings from North Indian, South Indian and Chinese cuisines, we would highly recommend the Dal Bukhara, Paneer Pasanda, Lemon Rice and Manchurian.

While they accept most modes of payment, there might be an extra GST cost if you’re not paying by cash.

Sasural Catering Service

This catering service is not restricted to Gurgaon and is available across Delhi as well. While their repertoire includes both North Indian and Chinese dishes, it is the former that is preferable. The Mutton Ghosh and Handi Mutton dishes are super popular with their customers.

They cater for all types of events, as long as the per-person charge is at a minimum of INR 1,000.

SS Caterers

SS Caterers provide their services for every occasion, but call on them for an epic meal this Diwali! Only in Gurgaon, they specialize in Indian food. Both the paneer and mutton dishes are mouth-wateringly good, so both vegetarians and meat-eaters will be happy.

Payment is only accepted in cash.

Pawan Caterers

With lots of fans in Gurgaon, Pawan Caterers has a minimum per-person price which is INR 600. They serve both vegetarian and non-veg khaana across multiple cuisines such as North Indian, Continental, and Chinese. Their claim to fame? The hearty Punjabi dishes!

They accept all modes of payment with no added tax.
